Who we are
The MASTER GARDENER Group of Gaston County (MGGGC), established in 1991, is an independent volunteer organization whose mission is to provide educational opportunities and community service in support of the NC Cooperative Extension programs. Master Gardener volunteers share expertise and evidence based information to the public in an environment of fellowship. Master Gardener volunteers also promote environmental awareness and beautification in our communities. MGGGC is a nonprofit organization and any funds or honorariums received are used to support our group and community programs.
